Once again Loraine and I can't praise and thank you enough for the marvellous transformation you've made in the en-suite, bathroom and down stairs cloakroom - not forgetting the re-designing and installation of the central heating system. It makes such a pleasant change these days to discover a tradesman who's not only knowledgeable, but also possesses the ideas and practical skills to achieve the best possible outcomes. Nothing has been too much trouble for you and your patience has been appreciated. It does not seem just over a year ago since we first met to discuss our plans for transforming and upgrading the interior of our home. As they say, first impressions count, and we knew instantly that you were the one who could satisfy and meet our requirement of quality and high standards. Over this lengthy period of time you have become part of our day to day lives so much so that we look on you, not only as a tradesman, but also a friend. I contacted Darren from DJP and asked for a quotation for a full central heating system to be installed. He came over and thoroughly explained all the options available to me taking time to answer all of my questions. After having obtained several quotations, and being more than satisfied with the price quoted by Darren and the way the work was to be carried out, I decided to arrange to have the work carried out with DJP. From start to finish I was kept fully informed of the progress. The job was completed to an excellent standard, well within the time limit discussed and there were no hidden extra costs at all. He was very professional, very friendly and unbelievably tidy, as I was expecting a lot more mess. I would certainly have no problem in recommending DJP to anybody and will be looking to use Darren again for future work.

Darren fixed our boiler which has been playing up for quite some time. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it on the spot. He was really friendly and very professional.
